Bariatric surgical interventions that fail to result in sufficient weight loss (IWL) or lead to weight regain (WR) are a significant issue within the broader context of obesity management. This study sought to determine the effectiveness, applicability, and patient acceptance of a very low-calorie ketogenic diet (VLCKD) for the treatment of this medical condition.
